Fundamental Baking Course Description

The Fundamentals of Baking course reviews the fundamentals of baking; chemical and physical properties of ingredients, methods of baking all products, fundamental reactions of dough, fermentation, and oven baking.

NOTE: This course requires meal preparation as part of the curriculum. A monthly stipend will be added to young scholars’ card when enrolled.
